www.stashweightlifting.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”) is owned and operated by Stash Weightlifting ("Company", “we”, “us”, or “our”); we are a registered partnership in the United Kingdom.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Website or otherwise when you contact us.

Personal Information Provided by You. We collect names; email addresses; mailing addresses; billing addresses; and other similar information.
Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. The material displayed on our site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. Where our site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only.
In no event will Stash Weightlifting or its employees, or agents, be liable to you or any third party for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site. Our liability to you for any cause, regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us.
We accept the following forms of payment:
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in GBP.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. It is our policy to contact you if a product is out of stock and if you do not wish to proceed with the order or for any reason we cannot supply the product we will arrange for the order to be cancelled. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
We use PayPal and Stripe to provide security in handling online transactions. As a result, your credit/debit card is charged for the items ordered as soon as you confirm your order. It is only when your goods are dispatched to you that there is a binding contract. We have the right to refuse to supply any goods ordered by you.

Returns and Exchanges
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
To return an item, please email customer service team at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, we will email you across a pre-paid returns label to attach to the packaging. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
· Caution Tape (EAB); and
· Items which have been worn or used for training.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email below to arrange a refund or exchange.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take up to 7-10 days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Damage in Transit, Incorrect Goods and Non-Deliveries
It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any incorrect or damaged goods supplied within 48 hours of delivery. We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within five days from the expected delivery date. We shall accept no liability for shortages, non-deliveries, incorrect goods and goods damaged on delivery outside the reported timescales. Except when extenuating circumstances have prevented notification within the reported timescale. The extenuating circumstances must be by mutual agreement.
